Valeria’s support came to me when I most needed it. Her mentorship is full of love, empathy, and light. I’m super grateful that she has facilitated a space where I’ve also gotten the chance to meet so many other amazing women that are going through very similar things as me. I’ve learned through Valeria and the other women of RISE to be more comfortable being myself, tryst myself and my voice and the divine, and to fall back on my community when I do need help. People can feel so alone, women specially, when going through transitions or big things in life and I’m grateful I’ve made a community though this space. If you’re thinking of joining I would 100% recommend. This is such a beautiful and safe place to build community and self love. Valeria thank you for everything you do for the community!

-What shifted for you through being part of this space?
My mindset on what healing looks like, that there is no one size fits all but when you have community, support and guidance it sure makes it a whole lot easier. I have always felt so disconnected from my roots and this space helped bring me back to how my ancestors practiced healing, how they found themselves again and worked through trauma and the power of community especially an all women's community where we just get it.

-What would you tell someone considering joining this kind of space?

I would tell them that if they are looking for a beautiful, strong community this is your space. If you are looking for guidance on how to navigate hard parts of your life and new exciting parts of your life this is a space that will help ground you for a better future. Thank you for this opportunity, I truly look forward to being apart of this community moving forward.

I'd been seeing a therapist for over four years, but it felt more like casual chatting than actual therapy. I wasn't getting any real feedback or guidance on managing my emotions. Speaking with Valeria was a completely different experience. I immediately felt at ease and was able to share openly without getting emotional. Being part of the women’s group made me realize I wasn't alone in my struggles; I felt truly heard and understood. I highly recommend this circle to any woman, even if you don't think you have 'issues.' This group helped me reconnect with myself and remember that I'm more than just a mom, sister, or daughter. It's helped me recognize and break free from repetitive cycles, allowing me to reclaim my energy and embrace my feelings.

1. The transition I was going through felt less heavy. I did not feel alone even though we were meeting virtually. Felt supported being able to walk through this, since family might not fully understand why we need different kinds of support in transitions.

2. I love being in circles that truly hear you out. Are there to give you perspective and align with how you want to bring in energy into your home, relationship, family. This circle was very specific in healing, breaking cycles, rediscovering ourselves and our power. Was filled with love and kindness.

3. I would tell women to come in with an open mind and heart. If they are ready to go through healing or transitions, this is where they are going to get that support and courage to do so.
