Our retreat includes two sacred ceremonies, a Temazcal (sweat lodge) ceremony led by a local Temazcalero, group integration circles, individual healing sessions, and immersive nature experiences to enhance your spiritual growth and personal development. You will have the opportunity to explore the depths of your consciousness, confront limiting beliefs, and embrace profound healing on all levels – mind, body, and soul.

While psilocybin mushrooms are a powerful medicine, it is crucial to approach them with humility and respect. The mushrooms are very unpredictable and the experience differs from person to person. While we can’t control what the medicine will give you, we believe preparation through information, intention, community building, and integration planning is key to your experience. We will be hosting 3 1 hour meetings before our retreat to prepare on November 6th and 13th at 6:00pm mountain time.

The Space | El espacio
Our retreat space is located in beautiful Tepoztlan, Mexico and is just a 90-minute scenic ride south of Mexico City airport. The space is equipped with surrounding magical mountains, a pool, hot tub, a dedicated ceremony space, and private culinary team to enhance your transformational journey. A transportation shuttle will be provided to and from the Mexico City airport, guests should plan to arrive no later than 6pm on November 18th and plan to be dropped off at the airport on November 23rd.
Nuestro espacio de retiro está ubicado en hermoso Tepoztlán, México, y está a solo 90 minutos en auto del aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México. El espacio está equipado con montañas mágicas, una piscina, un jacuzzi, un espacio para ceremonia, y un equipo culinario privado para apoyar su viaje transformador. Se proporcionará un servicio de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México. Los huéspedes deben llegar antes de las 6pm del 18 de noviembre y regresar al aeropuerto el 23 de noviembre.

As the founder of The Balam Sanctuary, a holistic retreat company offering plant medicine facilitation, she is committed to creating safe, sacred spaces for collective healing. Valeria's nurturing spirit shines through as she believes in people's ability to foster their own light through mindfulness, resilience, and connection to the Earth. She holds a special reverence for the sacredness of mushroom medicine, the Earth, and the interconnectedness of community and serves as a heartfelt guide for those who attend her retreats. Valeria has experience facilitating in groups, ceremonies, and private journeys and has been serving plant medicine since 2021.

As a multifaceted healer, Sammy’s gifts let him weave intricate rituals along with calling upon your spirit team to aid in healings with the help of sound, crystals, smoke and intentionally made spiritual waters infused Reiki. Sammy takes you on a healing journey that guides you between realms of light and shadow to make you feel whole again.
Sammy is known for his feather sweepings and blessings, but also offers cord cuttings, limpias and ancestral guided healings to name a few. REFUND POLICY: There will be no refunds given after September 6th unless your spot is replaced. If we are able to find someone to fill your space after September 6th, a partial refund of 75% of the amount paid will be offered
